is the way commissions work:

You
email me at mfc@iol.ie
with
a summary of what you would like. For example, if it is a
watercolour painting you are commissioning, I can work from simply
a vision you have for a composition, or from a postcard or photograph
you have of a particular person or place which you can email or
post to me. For
personalised poems or prose, I like to have a description of the
occasion, a description of the person for whom the writing is
intended and their relationship to you.

Then,
I'll let you know any additional information I would need in
order to develop your idea. I'll also give you a price for your
commissioned work.

If
you decide to proceed, I look for a third of the price as a good
faith deposit, with the remainder upon completion of the project. |
