I
am involved in many community groups. I was part of the EU EQUAL
project, Equality through Ework. I
sit on the Board of Southside
Partnership and am Vice Chair of Accessible
Community Transport Southside (ACTS) (see details below), Disability
Interest Group (DIG) and represent the Community
and Vountary Forum in the Disability Consultative Group (formerly
known as the Barcelona Team).
I am currently working on a MLit research Masters on the Irish Cultural
Institutions and their impact on Contemporary Ireland in Trinity
College Dublin (TCD).

ACTS Travel Club
ACTS (Accessible Community Transport Southside) provide a door-to-door
service for people with mobility difficulties in south Dublin
from Dun Laoghaire to Tallaght.
It operates from 7am - 11pm, seven days a week, but an out of hours service can also be provided upon special request.
